PPS Bill Pay has expanded on the way all online Banks and Online bill payment websites work. If a payment can not be ACH''ed to the company, the Bank simply sends a check to the company. All companies accept this form of payment if they accept checks. Most of the clientele have no checking account, therefore they have to purchase a money order, fill it out, and then address an envelope after purchasing a stamp.
